Round table «Challenges Faced by People Living with HIV and Ways of Overcoming Them” was held in Kaluga on May 15, 2009. Representatives of a number of ministries of Kaluga region, governmental health care and educational institutions, public organizations, Union of People Living with HIV who are interested in finding a comprehensive solution to the issue of prevention of stigma and discrimination of the HIV positive, and mass media took part in the round table
